Abu Unity Foundation exists to assist organizations with creating safe, thriving communities by providing consultation and training services in community violence reduction, data-driven solutions, and strategic planning. Through our expertise, we help nonprofits and agencies build out innovative solutions, mentorship, and civic engagement, enabling them to transform the lives of youth and young adults, their support system and reduce violence at its roots.

Our vision is to ensure that every community-based organization is equipped with the tools and resources necessary to build, operate, and maintain its own systems, so they are not solely dependent on outside consultants

Rooted in the legacy of Quincy “Abu the Butcher” Jones and grounded in community‐driven practice, our work integrates evidence‐based violence intervention with culturally responsive arts, education, and leadership development. The Abu Unity Community Engagement Model insists on consistent, intentional, and inclusive partnership with residents to build agency and ownership in local safety solutions.
